Inpatient Multidisciplinary Treatment Plans
I am looking for some help in putting a easy to follow inpatient multidisciplinary treatment plan tool.  If there is anyone who would be willing to share what they use as their  initial tx plan and the 72 hours updated plan, I would appreciate it.Amy

I would love that as well. It seems our multidisciplinary plans are lengthy and hard for the patient to go through. If you get any please share!
