CPI
The COP for Medicare from which the department of hospitals usualy develope the stste regs from says you have training in the management of aggressive behavior.
It does not specify CPI although CPI is the most recognized.
I would be surprised to see a State agency mandating a private entity has to be used to meet this requirement.
The company li work with and other companies I know developed their own module and now use it system wide.
It meets all requirements and is a lot more cost effective.
