Can someone tell me if CNS charting with the new codes is identical to the PMHNP charting recommendations?

Satu,
I don't know what the NP recommendations are, but I can tell you that PMHCNSs in my facility are charting according to medical requirements. Our charting uses the same templates as the docs.
