I am a Public Health Nurse with a focus on mental health, disaster preparedness and holistic nursing. I started my career in Jamaica, and have worked in NY, NC and Florida as well. I direct a nonprofit with a mental health project geared at increasing awareness, reducing stigma and prevention of illnesses.
