Ms. Bratton-Robinson has worked for the Office of Mental Health as a Community Mental Health Nurse representative providing education to various long-term care facilities regarding management of patients with various mental disorders, and behavioral issues. Ms. Bratton-Robinson has also worked as a Nurse Administrator supervising Registered Professional Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Mental Health Therapy Aides in a New York State operated long-term psychiatric center. Ms. Bratton-Robinson has worked as a Registered Professional Nurse for a New York State operated inpatient child/adolescent psychiatric facility with children ranging from 6 to 17 years of age. 
While working in the private sector Ms. Bratton-Robinson has worked as a Registered Professional Nurse in the community of New York with adult patients who have a mental disorder, intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as medical diagnosis.
In various roles as a nurse, she has dedicated herself to the patients, community, and families she served by providing continued care, emotional support, and education. 
She obtained her Master Degree of Nursing Science with a specialty in Education from Chamberlain College of Nursing and is currently in-progress of completing her doctoral studies.
