I am seeking information agitation assessment rating scales that are used in behavioral health settings. Please provide any recommendations on agitation scales that are used in clinical settings.

Hi Bobby-
We have been using the Pittsburgh Agitation Scale on our unit. It is quick, got good inter-rater reliability, and works well for an inpatient unit. I included the link for you to look at, as well a powerpoint of a presentation I did about implementing the scale on my unit.
