Hello!
Are you feeling stressed from school and COVID? Would you like to learn new ways to manage your stress? We are seeking nursing students willing to participate in a study called Stress & Resiliency Levels of Nursing Students before and after a Resilience Intervention!
The purpose of this study is to determine the stress and resiliency levels of nursing students before and after a resiliency intervention.
Participants will be asked to complete a series of surveys and/or techniques depending upon which group they are put into. This study is completely virtual and will take place over the course of 7 weeks, for only a few moments a day.
This study and participation is entirely voluntary, and may help individuals learn how to better handle stress.
If you are interested in, or have any questions about this study after reading this, please feel free to contact me at this email.
Best,
Grace Wilkins, DNP (c)
