Please help with this huge task I have of convincing my current employer to provide more benefits.
My previous job covered,
PTO, CPR, malpractice insurance, license fee, DEA fee, CEU fees/ class plus travel and CEU time off (Professional development), 401K match, cell phone reimbursement,
They did not offer health insurance but gave me extra pay to purchase it on my own.
My current job does offer health, dental and vision at a percentage, vacation, sick time, a retirement match after 1 yr and then only a percent vested which goes up the more yrs employed there.and it looks like nothing else
I am taking a poll on what is offered at your company.
Please do tell! It is beneficial for all to know what is out there and being offered. It is helpfukl when negotiating a new job,
