The Voice of Nurse Executives on Intrapersonal Nursing Violence in New England Hospitals
Despite the support of professional organizations, guidelines, education, and mitigation efforts, Nurse Executives experience a persistence of nurse-to-nurse violence in the
workplace. To address a paucity of research, this study will allow the voice and lived experience of nurse executives to be heard. The online survey takes 15 minutes, and an optional 60-minute interview - with a goal of teleconference interviewing 12-18 inpatient nurse executives within New England. If interested contact Kathleen Lehmann, (EdD[c]) at klehmann2@liberty.edu or call 508-638-8578. You may begin the survey immediately by clicking here.
Participation deadline September 30, 2020
Participants do not have to be a member of APNA - or a psychiatric-mental health nurse. I would greatly appreciate it if this invitation is given the widest dissemination possible. As with all Doctoral Research, time is of the utmost importance as I have much work to do and many deadlines to meet. Thank you for your interest and support. Stay Safe!
