Dr. Creviston has been an active member of the APNA-OR group since June 2016 and is excited to assume an even more active leadership role as President Elect. Jake is a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner at Quest Center for Integrative Health in Portland, Oregon, practicing psychotherapy and medication management. He also teaches mental health nursing at Linfield Good Samaritan School of Nursing. He is active at the state and national levels with the Future of Nursing Campaign for Action and in 2014 the movement recognized him as one of ten national Breakthrough Leaders in Nursing. He holds a bachelor’s in nursing from Linfield College and a master’s in nursing from Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU). In 2015 he graduated from OHSU with his Doctor of Nursing Practice degree with a focus on nurse leadership and policy engagement. His scholarly work and passion is promoting professional nursing through the integration of mental health and leadership. Dr. Creviston is honored to serve Oregon as President Elect of the APNA-OR Chapter.
