I am a Certified Professional Coach and Registered Professional Nurse who is ANCC certified in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing. I have over thirty years of professional nursing and health care experience. I am honored with a career that demonstrates progressive leadership in nursing and as a result understand the needs/challenges facing the front line to the executive nurse. My experience includes twelve continuous years of immersion in the principles of quality improvement as a coordinator, facilitator and director.
