A graduate of River Valley Community College (2008), Eileen holds board certifications as a psychiatric nurse and Nurse Executive; with over 10 years of management, nursing education, coaching and mentoring, and executive leadership experience, her focus has been on supporting nurses understand and implement evidenced based practice into patient care at the bedside. Dr. Glover has worked as an adjunct clinical faculty for schools of nursing in Vermont and New Hampshire and has experience supporting emerging nurse professionals in their academic journey. She obtained her Masters of Nursing Education in 2014 and completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice in Executive Leadership in August of 2018. Eileen has presented at local, national, and international conferences about LGBTQ health and in 2016 published an article in a peer reviewed nursing journal about mental health and addiction issues in the LGBTQ community.
Eileen is currently a Professor of Nursing and Program Director at River Valley Community College in New Hampshire.
