Searching the Message Archives
To find a particular message or messages pertaining to a specific topic:
Go to the
eGroups
tab and select
Advanced Search
:
Enter any of the info you would like to search by into the fields on the Advanced Search screen. For example, if I want to find all messages pertaining to safety checks, I simply enter the phrase into the
Search
field:
To search the
All-Purpose Discussion Forum
or another specific group, click on the
Search Specific eGroups
link:
A table of all of the eGroups to which you have access will appear. Check the name of the group you would like to search:
Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and hit the
Search
button:
A list of results will appear. You can sort these alphabetically, by date, or by relevance. Click on the subject of the message to view it:
To view a list of all of the messages that were a part of this particular discussion thread, click on the
View Thread
link:
