Welcome to APNA Mentor Match
Psychiatric nurses of all levels and backgrounds are invited to join the new APNA Mentor Match, an online program that helps prospective mentees and mentors connect. Join Mentor Match and reach out to your psychiatric mental health nursing colleagues - either by sharing your knowledge and experience as a mentor or by learning and benefitting from another's as a mentee...or both!
When you enroll, you'll be able search the database of APNA members for mentors and/or mentees with whom you'd like to connect. Mentors and mentees can find eachother based upon experience, specialty, location, time period available, or even method of communication. As a member of APNA's online mentoring community, you'll also have access to features such as tracking your mentoring relationships, participating in discussion forums on mentoring topics, and finding helpful mentoring resources.
