I’ve had the pleasure of working with neonatal intensive care babies and their families, serving on the neonatal flight team, working among both adult inpatient and pediatric patients in various settings: home health, outpatient and inpatient behavioral health practices as well as helping to lead the Behavioral Emergency Response Team (BERT). I have a passion to provide a safer working environments by addressing patient and staff needs in the clinical setting and conducting research on workplace violence.
