Hello all!

First off, I would like to introduce myself.  My name is Amber Thichangthong and I am the newest addition to the staff in Arlington. This blog will explore my experience as a new member of the APNA family. My goal is to engage and jump start the APNA blogging community by participating frequently and posting at least two times a week about my experiences.

With that said, cheers to the current and future APNA bloggers!

A little bit about me, I am a 22 year old senior at Old Dominion University and am completing my last couple of classes through ODU distance learning..  I’ll be graduating in August with a degree in English/Professional Writing and a minor in Community Health.

I  was a student leader on campus having held leadership positions for the Class of 2012, Student Activities Council and The Asian Pacific American Student Union. Professionally, I have worked for the ODU Office of Student Activities and Leadership, Pearson Students as a student advisory board member and The Military Order of the Purple Heart.  Along with APNA, I was just accepted as a semester intern for The Mason Center for Social Entrepreneurship focusing on Marketing and Outreach for its programs.
