Collaborative Problem Solving in Youth Locked Units

I would like to have a place to have APNA members join in conversation about CPS.  I have had 3 APNA members contact me about CPS in their locked child units and we would like a place to chat.  Is this the appropriate place?

I manage a locked child psychiatric unit, a locked adolescent unit, and an adolescent outpatient program with both PHP and IOP.  I have initiated CPS in all 3 units about 4 months ago.  I sent 7 staff to Ross Greenes training and have purchased Kathy Regan book OPENING OUR ARMS about putting the CPS model into a locked child unit.  Fantastic book and gave me the framework to begin the process.  OUr restraint seclusions have decreased by 1/3 by only having a few staff trained and beginning the discussion.  I also had all of my staff watch Ross Greenes website   livesinthebalance.org    and had them watch all of the CPS and the PLAN B videos, about 3 hours of videos.
I would love to have a place to chat with others who are attempting the same journey.
Please join me

I would like to participate. We have a 24 bed child and adol acute unit that has been using CPS for about 3 years. We have learned a great deal about change in an institution as well as CPS.
