We currently have an outstanding position available for a Nursing Director of Adolescent Services with our client Bradley Hospital located in East Providence, Rhode Island. Bradley Hospital is a free standing 60 bed inpatient child and adolescent behavioral health hospital with extensive outpatient programs.
This position will directly report to the Adolescent Services Physician Unit Chief and the Chief Nursing Officer at Bradley Hospital. The Nursing Director of Adolescent Services oversees and directs all nursing care services
for the two 15 bed Adolescent Inpatient Units. Ensures that the Adolescent Services line meet the needs and expectations of internal and external customers at a superior level. Collaborates with the Directors of the Adolescent Partial and Safequest Programs to ensure superior patient care.
The successful candidate will have a Master’s Degree, with preferred specialty experience in Adolescent Psychiatric Nursing and have Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Rhode Island or in another state that participates in the Nurse Licensure Compact. The successful candidate will have demonstrated leadership experience. This position requires a solid, collaborative leader with a visible presence in the departments to enhance and continually develop the operations and practice. Experience working with shared governance a plus.
