Does any facility out there ever use simultaneous restraints? Meaning having patient in 4pt restraints and seclusion. It was recently brought up as a question and I am curious as to if this is even happening anywhere. I've never heard of such or thought that it was even ethical. What are your thoughts or experiences with it.
