Wondering if anyone has offerred programs/services for veterans outside of the VA? Many have Tricare and seem to be using for PC, but access for MH is difficult. Also, any other thoughts about volunteer activities for veterans as many are avoiding the VA, but looking for volunteer opportunities that they can physically handle--many with back pain limiting what they can do and often are not working.
