That sounds like a good idea, since we often get repeated ED visits from the same patients, or groups of patients.

What has been your success rate?
In MASS, there is a huge push to keep patients out of the ED's and the crisis teams are working hard to make that happen. However, as I am sure you're aware, the patients often don't care about what the state is trying to do.. the fastest way to get what they feel they need is to go to the ED.
Any thoughts?
