This week in class we discussed negotiating contracts for new graduating PMNAPN's. It is my understanding that we have negotiation power to request what and how we want to practice based on our scope of practice. We were shown a model that has 4 entities we are prepared to function in as our role of PMHAPRN.
1. Psycho-Pharm
2. Mentor,
3. Therapy
4. Consultant/coordinate care.
