Since becoming a mental health RN I have learned that much of my nursing outside of administering meds has been in listening and helping my patients. I do this through motivational interviewing which enables my patients to find their own answers on their own. As a result of this, I have become very interested in adding life coaching to my nursing career. Has anyone attended a life coaching class? If so, what has been your experience?
