2137: Nursing Faculty-Graduate Professor (Registered Nurse) (Direct Hire)



A well-known College of Nursing, a part of a growing University system is seeking full time Nursing Faculty to teach in their graduate program at the Masters and DNP program level. 


The Nursing Professor will teach the clinical track beginning in the Fall of 2017.  The College of Nursing campus is located in a beautiful setting in the Mid-West and has a strong emphasis on community service and local and national partnerships. This is a full-time 12-month clinical teaching track position with expectations for teaching, scholarship, practice and service.

The Nursing Professor will teach graduate students in online education and engage in an active program of research and scholarship. As well as participate in providing guidance, advising and recruitment of students.


Qualification:

DNP or PhD preparation with a specialty certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

  • Unrestricted RN license in the respective State
  • Undergraduate and/or graduate teaching experience preferred
  • Maintain clinical advanced practice nursing and academic expertise
  • Participate in curriculum development
  • Engage in activities that advance the mission and goals of the College   


Licensure:

   Unrestricted RN license in the respective State
