Suicide assessment in medical detox/substance abuse units

This is sad that adminstration does not hire psy personnel for your specific unit as well as medical personnel. Advocate for some psy nurses, consider a few PMHNP's or PMH-CNS.  Would greatly improve patient outcomes and be cost effective.
