Hello,
My name is Juliet and Im a graduate student in Mental Health/Psychiatric NP program. I currently work in a medical surgical unit in a busy hospital in Washington DC. We have patient who are admitted to hospitals and come to our units with comorbidities which have a psychiatric component. I enjoy caring for all my patients but I especially am interested in the patients with psych components. I would like to spend this time that I have in while in my program to understand, diagnosis and effectively treat those patients. I would like to pair with a possible psych nurse who would not mind mentoring or just helping to discuss with me anything relating to Psychiatric Nurse Graduate program and psychiatric care of patients.
