After years of working with people in residential rehab settings (mostly diagnosed with schizophrenia and major mood disorders) - I am now working in a community clinic setting. I have experienced an influx of individuals that present with Adult ADHD symptoms and complaints. (with and without prior childhood ADHD treatment)Frequently there are overlapping symptoms of mood disorder,quite often histories of significant substance abuse and at times a history of psychosis. Any good differential tools or suggestions with this population??
