Has anyone worked with and would highly recommend a Shared Governance consultant? If you have Shared Governance in your facility, I am also interested in how you launched, any resources you might be able to share. If you are a BH department/unit and part of a medical center/hospital, how are you set up - separately as BH or integrated with the rest of the hospital?
