I am trying to find a Post-masters CNS to NP program. Does anyone know of one that exists?

As of 2014 the ANCC is phasing out the Psych CNS certification. They will only be offering the Family Psych NP certification. You may continue to renew your CNS certification if you already have it. Schools are no longer offering the program. Essentially we are being required to go back to school for another 2 years to do what we are already doing.

This is not answering your question but can you tell me why you want to do that? Aren't they virtually the same?
