When i worked in an acute psych hospital, non for profit, we used the 6:1 ratio but admin demanded that we count the "psych techs" in the ratio. Now I'm in a rsidential adolescent treatment center, psychosocial model and I'm fighting to have 2 nurses on days and evenings and 1 on nights. Any one know where I can find residential ratios?
