Hello everyone. I am a practicing nurse practitioner licensed in adult/geriatric primary care and licensed to practice in Internal Medicine in Missouri and as an AGPCNP in Illinois. I currently manage a sickle cell wellness program which incorporates behavior management and pain medication management. I have 3 years of experience in primary care in a rural clinic where I managed chronic mental illness, crisis, and geriatric psych behaviors in nursing home setting. I am working on my post-master's in mental health and am seeking a preceptor in the area but I am willing to drive up to 2 hours to a clinical site. I would be seeking 2 days/week beginning fall of 2018. I have precepted students myself. I understand the time commitment and I appreciate you giving of your time to help your future colleagues.
