I am hoping someone can help me. I took a class in `2003 or 2004 via distance format entitled ³Advanced Pathophysiology². I forgot which southern university I took it at and I¹m not sure if it was for credit or through Continuing Education. (More likely from conventional university) I have moved twice and have lost my records. Board of Nursing has misplaced it as well. Anyone have any suggestions of who offered that type of class in that time period?
