Hello,
I am interested to find out if staples are monitored on other acute inpatient behavioral health units. I work in a facility where they are currently considered contraband. The other item we consider contraband is any personal item that has alcohol in the first three ingredients.
We struggle to keep an eye on these two items.
I am checking to see if we are too restrictive or if these practices are the norm on other units.
