At the VA hospital I work at techs do admission inventories and documentation of belonginings on inpatient Psychiatric Intensive care unit, our PRRTP (psychosocial resiedential rehab program) and our SARRTP (substance abuse residential rehab treatment program.) Their notes are cosigned by an RN. Also have policies on medications/sharps brought in to the unit.
