hello to all -- Our facility is hiring License Practical Nurses (LPN) here in Illinois. Since this is the first time (after more than 20 years) that this position has been offered, may I ask about the scope of practice of LPNs, and what they can and cannot do in our PMH units. I checked the Scope and Standards, but there was no distinction between LPNs and RNs. Much help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
