I am starting a "One to One Journal" for the unit I work on in Denver. In it, staff on the unit can write about a good session they had with a patient, questions about One to Ones, advice, comments, experiences, etc.
Does anybody know of a book and/or journal article that deals specifically with how to conduct One to One sessions?
