I'm from Whidbey Island Washington and I love the Pacific Northwest. I started an HIV outreach project when I was 16 and I haven't stopped exploring ways to support vulnerable populations. This passion, as well as my own experience in mental health and substance use recovery, led me to a career as a PMHRN. I'm currently residing in Portland Oregon with my husband, our beautiful child, and a loyal Norwegian Elkhound. I attend graduate school at Gonzaga University and am grateful to finally have the opportunity to be moving towards a career as a primary mental health care practitioner. In my spare time I work full time at a pediatric mental health outpatient clinic, and spend as much time outdoors as possible with my family.
