I am an ANCC board-certified Psychiatric–Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) currently working as a Registered Nurse in inpatient behavioral health at Aurora Psychiatric Hospital and transitioning into my first role as an inpatient Child & Adolescent PMHNP.
My training includes nearly 3,000 hours of clinical experience across Aurora Behavioral Health, the Dewey Center, and community health settings, where I gained extensive experience treating pediatric and adult patients with a wide range of psychiatric and substance use disorders in both inpatient and outpatient environments.
As I transition into NP practice, my clinical interests include child and adolescent psychiatry, evidence-based psychopharmacology, trauma-informed care, and integrated treatment for patients with complex comorbidities. I am especially interested in developing strong clinical judgment in acute inpatient settings and building a solid foundation in pediatric medication management.
Having had a mentor early in my RN career, I deeply value the role of professional guidance during major transitions. I hope to connect with experienced clinicians who are open to mentorship and knowledge sharing as I grow into my role as a Child & Adolescent PMHNP and continue developing long-term clinical expertise.
