Dr. Bratton has a diverse background in mental health nursing. She has worked as a Community Mental Health Nurse for the Office of Mental Health, providing education and support to long-term care facilities regarding the management of patients with mental health disorders and behavioral issues. She has also served as a Nurse Administrator in a New York State-operated long-term psychiatric center, supervising a team of healthcare professionals.
Additionally, Dr. Bratton has experience working with pediatric populations, having provided care for children and adolescents with mental health disorders in a New York State-operated inpatient psychiatric facility. She has also worked in the community, providing care to adults with mental health disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and medical diagnoses.
Throughout her career, Dr. Bratton has consistently demonstrated dedication to patient care, community engagement, and professional development.
